Terms of Use
Last updated November 1, 2026
Peak Life is a shared camera roll for groups of friends. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Peak Life.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or with your email. You're responsible for what happens on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Peak Life.
What you post
You keep ownership of the photos, videos and comments you add. You give Peak Life permission to store them and show them to the people in the groups you share them with, only so the app can work. Only post things you have the right to share, and think about whether the people in your photos are OK with the group seeing them.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post or send anything that:
- is sexually explicit, or sexualizes anyone under 18 in any way
- bullies, harasses, threatens or humiliates anyone
- is hateful toward people because of who they are
- shows or encourages violence, self-harm or illegal activity
- shares someone's private images or information without their permission
- is spam, a scam, or someone else's copyrighted work you don't have the right to share
Anyone can report a photo, video or comment (press and hold it, then tap Report or block), and block a person so their content is hidden for them. Reports go to the group's admins and to us. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and remove the accounts of people who post it.
Groups
Group owners and admins can delete photos and comments in their group and remove members. If you leave a group or are removed, you lose access to it.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account any time in the app under You โ Delete account. Your profile, uploads, comments, votes and reactions are deleted.
The service
Peak Life is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and your photos safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, so keep your own copies of anything important (Export saves them to your Photos app). To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app. We may change these terms; if the changes are significant we'll tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the developer lives.
